Focus on Palm Oil Sewage Treatment, Build the Foundation of Cooperation-Malaysia Customer Visits Our Company for In-depth Investigation

2026-03-13

Recently, a delegation of Malaysian clients visited our company for an inspection and exchange. They focused on in-depth discussions regarding palm oil plant wastewater treatment solutions, the production capabilities of our modular tanks, and the project’s implementation outcomes. Both parties collaborated to explore new opportunities for green and environmentally friendly cooperation, jointly advancing the sustainable development of the palm oil industry.

At the exchange meeting, both parties conducted an in-depth discussion on the core challenges of wastewater treatment at the palm oil plant. The wastewater generated during palm oil production is characterized by high oil content, elevated COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), and significant suspended solids, posing substantial treatment difficulties and stringent compliance requirements. These issues have long been a persistent environmental challenge hindering industry development. To address the client’s specific needs, our technical team developed a customized anaerobic fermentation solution tailored to the plant’s wastewater parameters, on-site construction conditions, and Malaysia’s unique climate. The solution comprehensively demonstrated its feasibility, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, covering process design, equipment selection, and post-construction maintenance. The client highly praised the tailored approach.

To demonstrate our production capabilities and product quality, we guided the client through our factory workshop, where we demonstrated the complete production process of enamel and epoxy assembled tanks. From raw material selection, laser cutting of steel plates, enamel/epoxy coating spraying and firing, to quality inspection, every step strictly adhered to industry standards, enabling the client to gain a comprehensive understanding of the structural characteristics and manufacturing processes of assembled tanks. During the tour, the client raised specific questions about how the tanks achieved efficient waterproofing and leak prevention. Leveraging over a decade of experience in production, installation, and operation, our technical lead provided a detailed explanation of our unique sealing technology and protective solutions through physical demonstrations and case studies, effectively addressing the client’s concerns.

The integration of theory and practice truly demonstrates our capabilities. At the conclusion of the inspection, we guided the client to our operational aquaculture wastewater treatment facility, where they witnessed firsthand the long-term performance of our equipment. Having operated stably for six years, the project showcased that our epoxy composite tanks—whether the main epoxy steel plates or the bolt protection caps in intricate details—remained intact without any leakage or corrosion. The equipment maintained consistent operation, with effluent water quality consistently meeting standards. The client thoroughly examined the operational status and process flow, offering high praise for the durability, stability, and project implementation capabilities of our products, which further strengthened the confidence in our collaboration.

The visit by Malaysian clients not only deepened mutual understanding and trust between both parties, but also laid a solid foundation for future cooperation on the palm oil plant wastewater treatment project. Going forward, our company will continue to focus on the environmental protection sector, specializing in the R&D of advanced wastewater treatment technologies and equipment manufacturing. With professional solutions and high-quality products, we are committed to providing efficient, energy-saving, and eco-friendly environmental services to global clients, working together to build a sustainable future.
