Recently, a delegation of customers from Taiwan visited our company for an on-site inspection. The purpose of the visit was to gain an in-depth understanding of our Technology capabilities, product quality, and experience in biogas and anaerobic digestion projects, thereby laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.

During this visit, the customers from the Taiwan delegation toured our production factory. The tour included the product processing area, the quality inspection area, the sample testing area, and the packaging area. During the visit, our team systematically introduced to the visiting customers the overall production process, quality control system, and project management methods used in the production of enamel assembled panels and epoxy assembled panels, enabling them to have a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the application of assembled tanks in complex environment engineering projects.

After the factory visit, our team further accompanied the client to conduct a site inspection of the Haian Biogas Project, which was constructed with our participation. The Haian Biogas Project is a comprehensive environmental protection and renewable energy plan located in Huajun Village, Qutang Town, Haian County, covering an area of 16,533 square meters. The project investment is 69 million yuan, and it is designed to build an anaerobic fermentation capacity of 15,000 cubic meters. Among them, 5,000 cubic meters adopt the traditional top-injection mixing method, and 10,000 cubic meters adopt the Danish Gasmix water circulation technology designed by us. Through six years of technical comparison, the water circulation technology has outperformed in terms of gas production volume and shell breaking. The effect has exceeded the client’s expectations. Our team focused on introducing to the Taiwanese client the efficiency and superior anti-corrosion performance of the prefabricated anaerobic fermentation tanks during the construction and construction process. These include modular design, short installation period, controllable manufacturing quality, and flexible capacity expansion. These characteristics make the modular storage tanks highly applicable in large-scale environmental cleaning projects.

Through on-site demonstrations and technical explanations, our team highlighted the key advantages of bolted tank systems in engineering applications, including modular design, short installation cycles, controlled manufacturing quality, and flexible capacity expansion. These features make bolted tanks highly suitable for large-scale environmental and clean energy projects.

Subsequently, the Taiwanese delegation engaged in in-depth technical discussions with our engineering team, focusing on the application of bolted tanks within relevant environmental and clean process flows. Both parties exchanged views on operational requirements under specific process conditions, corrosion resistance, service life, and long-term maintenance considerations. Particular attention was given to the long-term performance, structural reliability, and adaptability of bolted tanks in projects that require continuous operation and strict environmental compliance.

In the final stage of the exchange, discussions with a focus on how modular tank systems can be effectively integrated into large-scale environmental engineering projects. The discussions emphasized practical project execution aspects, including implementation schedules, coordination requirements, site installation conditions, construction planning, and engineering experience in energy and environmental projects, rather than theoretical design considerations.

This visit strengthened mutual understanding between both parties and laid a solid foundation for future technical exchanges. Both sides expressed their willingness to continue discussions during project advancement and to explore potential cooperation opportunities in the fields of environmental protection and renewable energy infrastructure.
