Description:

ECPC utilizes the principle of electrophoresis to evenly deposit charged paint particles onto the metal surface in an electric field, and after high-temperature (200℃) baking, a thin and dense coating is formed. Then, powder paint is sprayed onto the metal surface again through electrostatic adsorption, and after high-temperature (200℃) baking and curing, a relatively thick organic coating is formed.

Features:

The interior is coated with electrophoretic paint, and the surface is coated with an organic coating made of a mixture of epoxy resin and polyester resin.

Processing flow:

Steel Plate–Laser Cutting–Surface Treatment / Shot Blasting–Arc Forming–Alkaline Washing–Electro-coating—High-temperature baking (200℃)–Epoxy polyester spraying–High-temperature baking (200℃)–Final inspection of finished product
