Epoxy coating of metal sheets for tanks
Description:
Epoxy coated tanks are assembled from epoxy coated metal sheets. An even layer of the plastic powder is electrostatically applied on the metal surface (metal sheet).
Then the sheets are loaded in a special oven where they are baked based on the specifications at a temperature in the range of 150–200°C. Upon baking and final cooling completion, they are ready to be shipped and installed.
